But please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you have any problems with your order. Orders are moved straight to order processing and fulfillment after you complete your purchase so please advise ASAP. If the order has shipped prior to cancellation request the buyer is responsible for any/all shipping/processing fees that may apply.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost, unless specified otherwise by Hampton Jewelry & Treasures, LLC. If the item is not returned in its original condition, and in the original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All jewelry and crown returns must be in the same condition shipped to the purchaser in and must be unworn. We will refund your purchase back to the original source of payment (through PayPal) up to 30 Days from the item(s) order date. If you are returning item(s) please contact us immediately. If item(s) is returned after 30 days. Items returned at a later date will receive store credit, which must be used within 60 days from the date issued.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returning Your Items:
All items must be returned with via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with the protection of a box (preferably the original box shipped in, if possible). Please refrain from using bubble envelopes as there's a serious and significantly high risk of damaging items as they're run through USPS automated sorting machines and could be crushed. Therefore, we will not accept loose items shipped in bubble envelopes or any type of unprotected packaging.
Prior to returning your purchase, please contact Hampton Jewelry & Treasures, LLC with notification and the date that your jewelry will be physically taken to post office, returned, and/or the date being shipped back to us. We also ask that you provide the tracking number which is included with First Class & Priority Mail shipments.
